The sachet (1) has sheets (2, 3) assembled along a closing line in order to define compartments (5, 7), where the compartment (5) extends along a primary axis (X). The compartment (7) extends in an extension of a region (5a) of the compartment (5) along a direction of the axis (X) and in an extension of another region (5b) of the compartment (5) in direction of another axis (Y) perpendicular to the former axis. The compartments are arranged in a manner such that respective distribution holes are formed on both sides of a median longitudinal axis of the sachet. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing and filling a sachet.
