The device has a secondary circuit (28) placed on a return boiler of a heat distribution circuit (18) that distributes heat with a departure boiler and the return boiler. The circuit includes a gas or liquid type smoke heat exchanger (30) interposed in a combustion gas exhaust pipe (16). An exchanger (40) for withdrawing the heat from a heat pump (38) is interposed directly on the secondary circuit in an upstream of the exchanger (30). An exchanger (42) for restoring heat of the heat pump is interposed on the secondary circuit (28) in the downstream of the exchanger (30).
