The installation (1) has a heat pump (20) e.g. air- water pump, collecting heat from ambient air and transferring to a refrigerant fluid in a heat exchanger (201) to convey at a temperature. A heat exchanger (301) transfers the heat from the exchanger (201) to the heating water. A heat pump (40) e.g. water-water pump, collects the heat from the fluid in the exchanger (201) using a heat exchanger (401) and transfers the heat to the fluid in a heat exchanger (404) to convey the heat at a high temperature. A heat exchanger (501) transfers the heat from the exchanger (404) to domestic hot water.
