The package has a cover (1) reversibly clenched on a base (2), and an intermediate support (3) received on the base to receive food product. The base and the support have units to define a path privileged by gravity of liquids obtained from the product and to oppose to an inverse path of the liquids, while permitting progression under gaseous form of substances e.g. anti-bacterial type active substances.
