The method involves executing cracking and thermo-mechanical hydrogenation in a system at a premier materiel mode and a hydrogen donor liquid medium mode by using hydrodynamic oscillation generators. The water activated inside the system and a mixture of easy boiling fraction and recycled post-fractionation residue are used as a hydrogen donor in the generators in the hydrogen donor liquid medium, where the fraction and the residue respectively have boiling temperatures ranging between 30-120 and 400-650 degree Celsius, and are respectively provided through channels (15, 18).
