PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic pilot type proportional solenoid control valve which has good response without altering the construction on a large scale and is consistent with stability of operation.;SOLUTION: The hydraulic pilot type proportional solenoid control valve 10 includes a spool chamber 21 having oil passages 32A, 33A, 33B, 34, 36, pressure chambers 25A, 25B provided on both ends of the spool chamber 21, a spool axis 22 moving inside of the spool chamber 21 and the pressure chambers 25A, 25B and solenoid operated proportional valves 40A, 40B each controlling hydraulic pressure to the pressure chambers 25A, 25B. The control valve controls the direction and flow rate of a working fluid which flows through the oil passage 33A or the oil passage 33B by controlling a travelling position of the spool axis 22 by means of hydraulic pressure in the pressure chambers 25A, 25B. In the proportional solenoid control valve, the spool axis 22 is provided with a communication groove 37 which brings the oil passage 36 into fluid communication with the pressure chambers 25B on the side to which the working fluid is exhausted when even a minute move from initial position of the spool axis 22 occurs.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
