PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing bag and a fishing tackle case which can arrange and store small articles, can conveniently and easily be put in or put out from the fishing bag.;SOLUTION: The fishing bag 10 comprises a bag body 11 and a tackle case 13 used as a bag in bag. The tackle case 13 is provided with a case body 45 formed in the shape of a tray and handles 43. The handles 43 are each located on a pair of countering sides of the case body 45. The case body 45 includes a core component 33 made of a thermoplastic resin, and a lid 34. The tackle case 13 is supported by the bag body 11 so that the lid 34 is exposed to the top of the bag body 11. Corners 48 of the core component 33 are formed on smooth curved surfaces.
