PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-curable resin composition for forming a fine part of a color filter as a binder component using a fumarate copolymer, excellent in the heat discoloration resistance. ;SOLUTION: The photo-curable resin composition for forming a protective film for the color filter, RGB pixels, a black matrix, or a spacer includes the fumarate copolymer, as the binder component, at least including the molecular structure in which a constituent unit represented by the formula (1) (wherein R¹ and R² are each independently a 3-8C branched alkyl group or substituted branched alkyl group, or a 4-8C cycloalkyl group or substituted cycloalkyl group) and a constituent unit including an acid functional group are connected, and further including a constituent unit preferably having an ethylenic unsaturated bond.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
