PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device and a system simply and quantitatively measuring and evaluating the antioxidation power of antioxidation foods in vivo despite noninvasive to a subject and to provide its use. PSOLUTION: The antioxidation power of the antioxidation substance in an organism can be noninvasively, simply and quantitatively measured by this antioxidation power measuring method of the antioxidation substance which includes a pre-intake forearm diameter change measuring process/a post-intake forearm diameter change measuring process of forming the reactive hyperemia on the forearm before and after the subject takes the antioxidation substance and measuring changes in the forearm diameter in the reactive hyperemia; a blood flow change calculation process of calculating changes in the blood flow in the forearm part in the reactive hyperemia before and after taking the antioxidation substance based on the measurement result of the changes in the forearm diameter before and after taking the antioxidation substance; and an antioxidation power measuring process of measuring the antioxidation power of the antioxidation substance in the organism based on the changes in the blood flow in the forearm part during the reactive hyperemia before and after taking the antioxidation substance.
