PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Lissajouss wave creation method and a device therefor that can reduce the variation of a Lissajouss wave created from physical input quantity and physical output quantity with variation, as well as Lissajouss wave creation program.;SOLUTION: By dividing steering angle wave of steering angle of physical input quantity of repeated cycle and steering torque wave of steering torque which is physical output quantity into the increment input element group which carry out monotone increase and the decrement output element group which carry out monotone decrease, a litharge wave is created from the joint input element and the joint output element which are combined together after averaging out each element group.
