PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC working system, an NC data preparation device, an NC data preparation system, an NC data preparation method and an NC data preparation program for easily preparing NC data by using CAD data, and for efficiently using a workpiece used for NC working, and for reducing costs and time to be spent on NC working. PSOLUTION: This NC data preparation device 20 three-dimensionally displays surface data 102 being the information of the surface shape of an object to be acquired from a CAD device 10 through a network and recycle WAX shape data 111 corresponding to the shape of the worked recycle WAX, and extracts surface data surrounded by the recycle WAX shape data 111 on display as working shape data 104, and prepares NC data for working WAX by controlling an NC working device based on the WAX shape data 101 and the working shape data.
