Pharmaceutical formulation in the form of dry granulation product containing mycophenolate mofetil or mycophenolic acid and process for preparing thereof

In the present invention, there is disclosed a high dose, dry granulation and aqueous oral suspension of mycophenolate mofetil or mycophenolic acid, containing 7.5 to 300 mg of active compound, a suspending/viscosity agent, sweetener, flavor, buffer, and optionally containing flavor enhancer, wetting agent, antimicrobial agent and color or a coloring agent for foodstuffs. There is also disclosed a process for preparing the above-described pharmaceutical formulation and use thereof for treating immunosuppressive diseases, inflammatory diseases, proliferative diseases, viral diseases and psoriasis.
