The invented device for contactless sensing and quantitative evaluation of movement of human eye or general physical objects with the use of optics coherence granular effect is characterized in that the object (1) being monitored is illuminated by a coherent or quasicoherent radiation from at least one radiation source (22) operating in visible, near infrared or near ultraviolet spectrum and fed from a electric voltage supply source (3). The device comprises at least one image sensor (5) disposed within a selected observation plane and connected to a control and evaluation system (4) of change in coherence granularity fields. The radiation source (22) forms a part of a lighting unit (2) further containing and optical lighting system (21) that is positionally located in a movable translation system (23) that is situated between the object (1) observed and the radiation source (22) and that is connected to said control and evaluation system (4).
