METHOD FOR RESTORING BLOOD FLOW IN INFERIOR MESENTERY ARTERY IN SETTING OF ANEURISM OF ABDOMINAL AORTA

A method for restoring the blood flow in the inferior mesentery artery in the setting of the aneurism of the abdominal aorta provides for cutting out the inferior mesentery artery and separating the left inferior epigastric artery. After the major step of aorta prosthetics, the eversion intimothrombectomy is performed from the same extraperitoneal access from the ostium of the inferior mesentery artery providing end-to-end anastomosis between the inferior mesentery artery and the inferior epigastric artery.
