A method for metering permeability of clothing for bullet at medico-legal determination of distance of shot from pneumatic gas-balloon arms takes into account main, additional factors of shot and coordinate zone of body of person and depth of wound channel (h), at that one additionally takes into account presence of barriers for bullet, and for evaluation of distance of shot one determines morphometric component by formula L0,0098h-0,465h+5,79h-6,63, after that one calculates expert characteristic of distance of shot (F) by formula F=IxRxLxI(), where I index of morphological permeability of soft tissues of human person, R accuracy of determination of index of morphological permittivity of tissue; I index of barriers for bullet till instant of penetration to skin.
