METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF PHARMACOLOGICAL CORRECTION OF ENERGY METABOLISM IN RAT MYOCARDIUM UNDER CONDITIONS OF SODIUM NITROPURSSIDE INTOXICATION

摘要

Method for evaluation of effectiveness of pharmacological correction of energy metabolism in myocardium of rats under conditions of sodium nitroprusside intoxication through investigation of blood. In 30 minutes before introduction of sodium nitroprusside intraperitoneally one introduces cardiotril 5 mg/ml, metabolite 5 mg/ml, ATF-long 10 mg/ml. In 60 minutes one determines content of adeinic nucleotides (ATF, ADF, AMF), with calculation of energy charge (AEZ), results obtained are compared to control. At change of characteristics one evaluates effectiveness of pharmacological correction of energy metabolism in myocardium of rats.
