PORTABLE FERMENTER CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A LACTOBACILLUS FLORA FERMENTATION AGENT FROM FERMENTED FOOD

The present design relates to a portable fermenter capable of producing a Lactobacillus flora fermentation agent from fermented food. The present design comprises a fermentation tank and a magnetic field generating apparatus that is affixed in position on the top, bottom or side of the fermentation tank to generate a heterogeneous magnetic field within the fermentation tank. The strength and position of the heterogeneous magnetic field within the fermentation tank can be adjusted due to the ability to vary the position of the magnetic field generating apparatus on the side of the fermentation tank. The magnetic field generating apparatus can be integrated into the fermentation tank. The present design also relates to a portable Lactobacillus fermentation container that is convenient for carrying due to integration of the fermentation tank with the heterogeneous magnetic field generator, in which continuous Lactobacillus fermentation is possible at room temperature, even while moving, and without using any separate temperature-control apparatus, and in which a Lactobacillus fermentation broth (essentially yogurt) can be produced solely from fresh milk without a separate Lactobacillus starter. This makes it convenient to prepare a Lactobacillus fermentation agent from fermented food and enables storage of the resulting Lactobacillus fermentation broth at room-temperature, for a substantial period, without requiring a separate cooling apparatus.
