PURPOSE: A fatty acid methyl ester manufacturing method is provided to use in useful in the environmental or the commercial views, and recycle the waste resources. CONSTITUTION: The fatty acid methyl ester manufacturing method includes: a step of collecting the vegetable oil which is used to frying; a step of filtering the collected vegetable oil and removing the frying residue included in the withdrawal oil; a step of heating the filtered vegetable oil to 2~3 hours 60~70 Deg.C; a step of assorting the refining vegetable oil by dividing the supernate vegetable oil after filtering the heated vegetable; a step of neutralizing the selected vegetable oil after performing the transester reaction; a step of vacuuming dry after washing in water the neutralized refining vegetable oil; and a step of distilling the refining vegetable oil dried with the vacuum condition in the distillation process.
