PURPOSE: A lining of fireproof special clothes and special clothes using the same are provided, which shield the surface of cloth forming insulation space. CONSTITUTION: A lining of fireproof special clothes comprises base cloth(76) having a plurality of minute protrusions on the surface; thin film type membrane cloth(74) which is attached to the surface of the base cloth, shields the surface of the base cloth in the watertight state, forms an insulation space on the surface of the base cloth by air cells between the protrusions, and has water-tightness and elasticity; and auxiliary cloth(72) which is attached to the membrane cloth and protects the membrane cloth.
