PILOT TUNNEL EXCAVATION, AN ENLARGED BLAST, A TUNNEL EXCAVATION WITH A LINING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING A TBM, AND A DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A pilot tunnel excavation, an enlarged blast, a tunnel excavation with a lining construction method using a TBM, and a device thereof are provided to reduce the construction time and cost by reducing the required equipment.;CONSTITUTION: A pilot tunnel excavation, an enlarged blast, a tunnel excavation with a lining construction method using a TBM is as follows. The bottom of the TBM is located on the bottom of a pilot tunnel, and the pilot tunnel is excavated. An inclined blast hole is beforehand drilled toward a radius of the tunnel except a part in which a TBM conveyor belt is passed during excavating of the pilot tunnel. A longitudinal blast hole is drilled to the outermost surface of the pilot tunnel and the part in which the TBM conveyor belt is passed. An inclined/longitudinal enlarged blasting is firstly performed in the top surface of the pilot tunnel, and at the same time, a longitudinal blasting is secondly performed in the bottom surface of the pilot tunnel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
