PURPOSE: A preparation method of antimony-doped tin oxide nanopowder using thermal plasma is provided to synthesize pure antimony-doped tin oxide nanopowder by dissociating and ionizing stannic tetrachloride and antimony pentachloride using thermal plasma of high temperature.;CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of antimony-doped tin oxide nanopowder using thermal plasma comprises the steps of: (i) vaporizing stannic tetrachloride and antimony pentachloride using a bubbler and injecting them into a reaction tube of a thermal plasma jet device; (ii) reacting with oxygen by dissociating and ionizing the injected stannic tetrachloride and antimony pentachloride with thermal plasma jet to re-bond them into the antimony-indium tin oxide; and (iii) cooling the antimony-indium tin oxide.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
