摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a zirconium oxide nanopowder is provided to manufacture the zirconium oxide nanopowder in which the purity is high and the specific surface area is large through the simple process by using the hydrothermal synthesis.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a zirconium oxide nanopowder comprises the following steps: a precursor and precipitant are mixed and dissolved in the solvent and processed with ultrasonic wave; the mixture of the precursor and precipitant is hydrothermal treated at 80-200°C for 4-24 hours. The precursor is any one which is selected from Zr acetate, Zr nitrate, and Zr chloride. The precipitant is any one which is selected from KOH, NaOH, NH4OH, and NH2CONH2. The solvent is any one which is selected from water, alcohol, slightly acid aqueous solution and strongly acid aqueous solution. The ratio of the concentration of the Zr of the precursor and the molarity of the precipitant is 1:1-1:50. The zirconium oxide nanopowder has more than 30 m^2/g of the specific surface area and more than 99.9% of the purity, the particle shape of the zirconium oxide nanopowder is any one among globular shape, stick shape and oval shape.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
