PURPOSE: A gene expression profile relating to HCC(hepatocellular carcinoma) early diagnosis and progress is provided to quickly diagnose hepatocellular carcinoma and screen anticancer drug.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing hepatocellular carcinoma comprises a material measuring mRNA of RNPS1(RNA binding protein S1, serine-rich domain) or H3F3A(H3 histone, family 3A) and a material measuring protein level encoding the genes. The material measuring the gene at mRNA level is complementary sense, antisense primer, or probe. The material measuring the protein is antibody. A kit for diagnosing hepatocellular carcinoma comprises the composition.
