PURPOSE: An ultra thin type power inductor is provided to reduce thickness without width restriction by using a soft magnetic metal alloy powder sheet.;CONSTITUTION: A pattern circuit(20,30) is attached to the upper side and the lower side of a magnetic sheet(10). Pattern circuits are made of the copper or the conducting material. Pattern circuits are conductive each other through a via hole. The magnetic sheet is made of the soft magnetic metal alloy powder. The soft magnetic metal alloy powder is anisotropy or isotropy powder.
