PURPOSE: A micro-fluidic chip for testing chemotaxis, and a producing method thereof are provided to reduce the consumption of a chemotaxis sample solution by easily contacting the chemotaxis sample solution and a cell solution, and to reduce the testing time for the chemotaxis.;CONSTITUTION: A micro-fluidic chip for testing chemotaxis comprises the following: a first channel(110) to insert a chemotaxis sample solution; an upper substrate(100) including a second channel(120) to insert a cell solution; and a lower substrate(200) including a junction channel(210) with a constant depth to contact each solution.
