PURPOSE: A micro-fluidic chip, a method for manufacturing the same, a micro channel for the micro-fluidic chip, and a method for manufacturing the micro channel are provided to prevent the attachment of particles on the inner side of the micro channel based on electro-dynamic disturbance.;CONSTITUTION: A micro channel structure is formed in a micro-fluidic chip(100). An interdigitated transducer electrode in a moire fringe shape is patterned on the lower side of a micro channel(103). A power supplying unit(200) applies an alternating current voltage to the intedigitated transducer electrode in order to generate electro-dynamic disturbance. Particles are prevented to be attached on the inner side of the micro channel based on the electro-dynamic disturbance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
