PURPOSE: A pattern generating device and a method thereof, and a gloves order manufacturing device and a method thereof are provided to manufacture clothing according to the scanning information of human body, thereby manufacturing more precise gloves.;CONSTITUTION: An order management server(300) includes a communication module(310), a pattern generation unit(330), and an order management module(350). The communication module receives order information from a measurement and order processing module. The communication module offers pattern information to a leather processing unit. The pattern generation unit generates the pattern information for leather processing according to scan information within the order information.
