METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WORK-GLOVES AND THE WORK-GLOVES, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING WEARING AND GRIPPING FEELINGS BY FORMING RECESSED PARTS ON THE WORK-GLOVES

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing work-gloves and the work-gloves are provided to improve anti-slip property by roughening the surface of the work-glove to improve friction force with respect to gripping products.;CONSTITUTION: Gloves are inserted in a mold. The gloves are immersed in a pretreatment solution with the calcium salt concentration of 12 to 17%. The pretreated gloves are dried(S1). The dried gloves is immersed in a coating solution based on a NBR resin. The coated gloves are rubber coated(S2). Powder including monosodium glutamate, sugar, and cryochemical foaming agent is applied to the surface of robber coated gloves. The surface of the gloves is treated(S3). A post treatment process(S4) including a cleaning process is performed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
