PURPOSE: A conceptual cost estimation method for RC Rahmen bridge usable on a planning phase is provided to calculate a construction cost of a Rahmen bridge by calculating a weight value of each effective factor through an algorithm.;CONSTITUTION: The amount of weight additional money of similar cases is calculated(S150), and the sum of the weight additional money is determined as the prediction money of the learning cases(S160). The weight value of each effect factor is corrected until the difference between the prediction amount of money for the learning cases and a construction cost(S170,S180). The effect factor weight value for the minimization of the cost is used to determine the prediction amount of money for a new RC Rhamen bridge construction as the final construction cost(S190).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
