PURPOSE: A point reward system is provided to get a loan by returning the margin of sales to consumer. CONSTITUTION: An electronic commerce module(110) performs online commerce about goods. When a product purchaser buys a product in an online shopping mall, a consumption asset processing module(120) changes the margin of sales into a consuming asset. The consuming asset as described above is reserved in an account of the purchaser. The goods buyer is unable to repay the loan, the consuming asset corresponding to the loan is reduced in the account.
