Real time device and method for dynamically generating a response behavior of the virtual character, and there is provided a computer readable recording medium thereof. The apparatus comprises an equilibrium modules, response graph module, and a tracking control module. The equilibrium modules equilibrium of the person model of a virtual person - and calculates the equilibrium state of the virtual person in accordance with the relevant information.
