Method for inputing the korean/english alphabet and arabic numerals

PURPOSE: A Korean/English character and number inputting method is provided to enable a user to input characters combined with consonants and vowels through touch of a touch screen or through one-time mouse clicking. CONSTITUTION: When a specific consonant is selected from a consonant arrangement, a vowel arrangement is displayed around the selected consonant to overlap with the consonant arrangement of a character input window(S11-S13). If the selection is cancelled, the consonant is displayed on a word input window(S16,S17). If selection cancellation is performed after the consonant is moved to a particular vowel while the selection cancellation is not performed, the selected consonant and the vowel are combined into one word(S14,S15).
