PURPOSE: Tea containing Acer tegmentosum extract as main ingredients and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make a weaken taste of Acer tegmentosum extract while removing or reducing a bitter taste of astringency of Acer tegmentosum by adding a medicinal herbs taste.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of tea containing Acer tegmentosum extract as main ingredients includes the following steps: washing stems, leaves, and branches of Acer tegmentosum with water after cutting each material into 1 ~ 2 cm; drying the materials in the well-ventilated shade; slicing glycyrrhizae radix to a 1~2cm size; removing seeds of jujube; steaming Acer tegmentosum by heating the Acer tegmentosum in a steamer; heating the Acer tegmentosum with licorice root 0.2~0.5 parts by weight and jujube 0.2~0.5 parts by weight for 40 ~ 50 minutes; filtering liquid gained by heating with a basket filter of 50 ~ 80 mesh; filtering the liquid with nonwoven filter of 3 ~ 5μm; and wrapping the tea containing Acer tegmentosum extract in a PE film pouch pack, a glass bottle or an aluminum can.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
