PURPOSE: A brightness enhancement film is provided to maximize light modulation effect by forming a light modulated interface on the boundary of island type fiber and sea part.;CONSTITUTION: A brightness enhancement film includes a plurality of double refractive sea-island fiber in order to perform light modulation inside of a base. The plurality of double refractive sea-island fiber includes a plurality of island type fiber(43, 44) and a sea part.
