FIELD: chemistry, biology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. The spleen taken from mouse carcasses, having body temperature of 38±1°C is cleaned from connective tissue capsules and homogenised in a sterile solution of polyglucin cooled to 24.0±1.0°C. The cell suspension is then filtered in a sterile solution of polyglucin cooled to 15.0±2.0°C and then diluted to concentration between 1×106 and 1×107 ccl/ml. After that a cryopreservative solution cooled to 4.0±2.0°C is then added in drops to the suspension in ratio of 1:1. The suspension is then poured into ampoules for freezing and held at 4±2°C for 15-30 minutes. After that the cooled cells are frozen and stored in an electric freezer at temperature between -70° and -196°C. Preservation of biological properties of the frozen leukaemia cells is determined from results of subinoculation of the leukaemia cells. The invention can be used to improve preservation of biological properties of leukaemia cells outside donors - inbred mouse line AKR/JY during isolation and freezing of the cell suspension.;EFFECT: design of an efficient method of preserving leukaemia cells.;1 tbl, 1 ex
