Procedure for the preparation of fermentation residues from biogas production, comprises making a separation into a solid phase and a liquid phase (liquid sludge) by pressing and undergoing the liquid phase of a membrane separation processes using membrane elements, which it make a chemical cleaning of the modules with the membrane elements in the reactor in periodical spacing, where a cleaning solution is flowed from a purification tank by the membrane elements.
