The device has a canalization unit (3) inserted in a hollow telescopic unit (1) e.g. telescopic can. One of pressurized gaseous state body and pressurized liquid state body is disturbed in the canalization unit from a large base of the hollow telescopic unit towards a narrower end of the hollow telescopic unit. The narrower end has a diffusing and drilling unit diffusing and drilling pressurized gaseous state body and pressurized liquid state bodies to a base at which a positioning device (5), positioning a destructing device with respect to the nest, is fixed. An independent claim is also included for a method for destructing insects and insect nest e.g. asian hornet and wasp.
