The device has a sliding tube (8) serving as a square washer, a piece (13) integrated to an axle (16) to minimize clearance of a fishing rod pod base (14), and another fishing rod pod base (2) that is inclinable. A thick washer (15) is integrated to the axle to minimize clearance of the latter fishing rod pod base. The axle serves to pivot the two fishing rod pod bases. The axle is welded on a metallic case (1).
