SLAVE MODULE IN REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM OF PLC, AND REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM USING THE SAME SLAVE MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify remote controlled side by making it unnecessary to arrange any power supply module or input/output module at the remote controlled side.;SOLUTION: A slave module 3 in a remote control system is configured such that a PLC 1 and a master module 2 connected to the PLC 1 are included at a central control side, and that a slave module 3 having a master/slave communication function with the master module 2 is included at a remote controlled side. The slave module 3 is configured such that a power supply module function for supplying a power source to each section in the module and an input/output module function for inputting/outputting a signal with an input/output device are incorporated as well as the master/slave communication function. Thus, it is possible to eliminate the arrangement of both modules of power supply and input/output at the remote controlled side of the remote control system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
