PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent women's underwear from being stolen by using a simple implement.;SOLUTION: The implement (1) for preventing women's underwear from being stolen comprises one string (2) and at least a pair of female/male fastener members (3, 4) attached to the string (2). By fixing the string (2) to the women's underwear and engaging the female/male fastener members (3, 4) with each other, a ring projected from the women's underwear can be formed. By inserting the bottom part rod of a hanger or the like into the ring, it is integrated with the hanger.
