NEW VARIETY DERIVED FROM PLEUROTUS NEBRODENSIS, AND METHOD FOR CULTIVATING MUSHROOM USING THE SAME

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation method by which a new variety is bred from Pleurotus nebrodensis to generate new mushroom using the new variety as spawn. PSOLUTION: The method for cultivating mushroom comprises: crushing culture medium used for cultivation of Pleurotus nebrodensis to make waste culture medium; spraying the waste culture medium to the ground rich in rotten plants such as fallen leaves and/or dead branches to generate wild mushroom to obtain a new variety of spawn by a multi-spore isolation method or a tissue isolation method, in breeding spawn; sterilizing the mushroom bed prepared with the culture medium material; inoculating the spawn into the mushroom bed; and subjecting the spawn to culturing, sprouting and harvesting treatment, wherein freezing treatment is performed in the final stage of the culturing treatment.
