PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnifying glass support device with an illuminating means, which is economically advantageous in the respects of manufacturing cost and power consumption of the illuminating means, which prevents user's eyes from unnecessarily getting tired when viewing a magnified target, and which sufficiently illuminates the entire magnified visual field.;SOLUTION: The magnifying glass support device is configured such that a clip for gripping a magnifying loupe or lens so as to be convenient to view a magnified target includes the illuminating means for illuminating a magnified visual field.
