PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent decorative form for housing which eliminates a risk of soiling a decorative surface by ready mixed-concrete or the like when the concrete or the like is poured up to the upper portion of the form even if the upper surface of the assembled form cannot be completely horizontally laid.;SOLUTION: The permanent decorative form for housing serves as the form left in one body with the concrete after the completion of the housing.
