PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time and effort to create a configuration management model which is used to determine a series of commands to be input to each apparatus constituting a communication network in construction of the communication network.;SOLUTION: The configuration management model creation apparatus refers to keyword information and command policy information, performs structural analysis of each command shown by command information and extract a parameter and creates CLI command group information 1341, model-specific command information 1342 and parameter information 1343. On the basis of the result of the structural analysis, the apparatus further binds a command shown by the CLI command group information 1341 to task information 1340 including template commands to be input to each apparatus in each construction, and then binds the CLI command group information 1341 to the model-specific command information 1342, and the model-specific command information 1342 to the parameter information 1343.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
