PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a financial document in which inventory assets are distributed without preparing a general ledger master.;SOLUTION: An inventory asset managing device is provided which manages inventory assets individual data to which information on acquisition cost or the like of inventory assets prearranged to be sold out or the like is input after being associated with each asset. The inventory assets individual data received from the inventory asset managing device is grouped so as to facilitate deduction thereof from data managed in a state where inventory assets and other assets are mixed. Then, the inventory assets individual data is deducted from the management data. In addition, a financial document output device for preparing a financial document is provided. Accordingly, a local public body can prepare a financial document corresponding to a model advocated by Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
