PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for surely executing TAT management of inquiry emails even if a reply prompt email for prompting a reply to an inquiry email already sent is sent from the inquiring party.;SOLUTION: Based on the mail header information of an email acquired by an email acquisition means 43, a mail header analysis means 44 determines whether or not the email is a "reply prompt email", and additionally registers the Message-id of the reply prompt email in association with the Message-id of an inquiry email registered in a management database 41 and based on which a prompt has been made.
