The vehicle state decision section from the vehicle sensor and the position sensor receives the vehicle data and the position data at the respective fixed frequency. The mode selective section selects handling of the car mode on the basis of the data which is received from the vehicle state decision section, transfers to the compare data section. The compare data section reads out the model data of the handling of the car mode which is appointed by the mode selective section from the model data retention section, compares with the data and the model data which are received from the vehicle state decision section, transfers the relative result to the operational state decision section. The operational state decision section statistics processes the relative result which is received from the compare data section, transfers the decision result to the warning display department.
