FRESH MILK PRODUCT WITH LOW FAT AND SUGAR CONTENT, MANUFACTURING PROCESSES OF FRESH MILK PRODUCT, MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR INTERMEDIATE FOOD PREPARATION, INTERMEDIATE EARLY WEARING, EARLY EMERGENCY USAGE, EARLY EMERGENCY USAGE. The present invention relates to a fresh dairy product with a low sugar and fat content and low energy density, which comprises one or more satietogenic ingredients, as well as a process for manufacturing that product. The mentioned satietogen ingredient (s) comprises proteins, particularly milk proteins and preferably serum milk proteins, optionally associated with water-soluble food fibers and, preferably, viscosifying water-soluble food fibers.
