The invention relates to agriculture, more specifically to a method for in-line producing balanced organo-mineral bioactive fertilisers which comprises a process for continuously composting a compost matter, agitating it and transporting along an area, and consists of three stages. The first stage consists in adding an organic carbon (C) carrier to a native poultry manure in such a way that a ratio between C and N ranges from 20 to 30, in adding exoenzymes and substances for binding nitrogen compounds to nesting poultry manure, stirring, forming a pit, damping to a humidity value of 55-65% and blowing with air for 2-3 minutes at intervals of time of 60-90 minutes. During first thee days, the matter temperature is raised to 65-75°C. During first three-five daily cycles, the matter is stirred and displaced. The filtrate produced during said time is used for humidifying the compost matter during the first three-day period. The matter temperature is gradually lowered to 30-35°C by the end of a last three-day cycle. Once the first stage has been over, a peat, lime or gypsum mixture and microbiocenosis are added to the compost matter, the compost matter is stirred and displaced, the temperature thereof is reduced to 20-25°C and the humidity is reduced to 35-40%. At the third stage, a mixture of mineral additives, sorbents, ion-exchangers an microelements is added to the compost matter. During two following three-day cycles, the compost matter is stirred and displaced until a homogeneous mixture of fertiliser with humidity of 20-30% is obtained, said mixture being dried to a humidity value of 16-18%, granulated and packed.; The inventive method makes it possible to obtain a product having the specified content of basic biogenous elements and a balanced ratio between nitrogen, phosphorus and kalium (NPK), to stabilise the product quality, render the production independent of climatic conditions an to rapidly modify the product formulation according to agronomical requirements.
