An Embedded Apparatus for Agriculture Development This embodiment is related to the system and method of ICT (Information Communication Technology) solution for the development of Agriculture. It is the system for communication between agriculture experts, farmer or farmer coordinator. It includes embedded communication video broadcasting device in field (Farmer hand), Transmitter like DVB-H/FM/DVB-SH etc., and the logical systematic procedure to manage the farmer communication and the research analysis about the data collected from the farmer in main station which is located in remote. The farmer is having embedded broadcasting/communication device in the field and the agriculture experts are having Transmitting and Receiving system in the main base station.
